1. Services
1.1 Scope of Service
Paperfold acts solely as a visual client and dashboard for interacting with the Telegram API. The Service allows you to organize, upload, and manage files stored within your own Telegram "Saved Messages" chat.
1.2 License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service. You agree that you will not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable laws or the rights of others.
1.3 Third-Party Dependence
The Service relies entirely on the Telegram API and infrastructure. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, uptime, or continued operation of Telegram. Any changes to Telegram's API or policies may affect the functionality of Paperfold.
2. User Data & Privacy
2.1 No Data Collection

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
